Hodori

So here is what's first on the list, well not the top but just the first entry. Hodori, a Korean and Japanese restaurant located near lower session rd.  So what can I say about this place is that it has warm group friendly ambiance and a relatively good food at a very reasonable price. Not that I'm being too harsh but  if you're hankering for an authentic tasting korean dishes I could name a few more restaurants that could satisfy your tastebuds adequately. Well getting back to what I love about this place, their noodles. I've tasted 4 of the noodles in their menu namely Japanese Cold Soba, Champong, Seafood Ramyun, and Yaki Soba. It was nice when they've redone their recipe on the Seafood Ramyun since when the first time I've ordered it, it was really bland. Now the taste resembles that of their Champong, the only thing that probably differs are the toppings. You would really want to try them especially when it's raining and simply want to sip some hot soup and eat noodles, well a hobby of mine during rainy seasons. Well during those instances, Hodori is the perfect spot to be. Like any other korean resto, they serve side dishes. Well their noodles is what I can highly recommend for you. They usually serve any 4 combination  of side dishes which always include Kimchi while the others are served probably on an interval, namely, Potato Marbles, Kimchi BeanSprout, Battered Zucchini, Kimchi sayote tops, pickled radish, Kimchi zucchini, Seasoned sayote tops and oddly, yes I'm really saying that it felt weird and out of place, coleslaw. The most decent thing in Hodori is that their images in their menu matches the actual serving. I can generously give them a rating of 7/10.
